Each 10" vat has capacity for 12 - 15 lbs and the 20" vat has capacity for 27 - 30 lbs (8-way cut, bone-in chicken). It is the perfect solution if kitchen space is at a premium, yet it easily handles large demand for fried product when needed.

The Banked Fryer is simple to use, and features a durable and accurate electronic cooking controller, specifically engineered to be user friendly. Each basket has have (4) programmable cook time menu keys.
The on-board oil filtration system makes fryer filtering quick and easy ... each vat can be filter independently and the controls are centrally located to minimize workload and make filtering an effortless task.
Auto-Basket Lifts are a standard feature on each of the 10” vats and can optionally be added to the 20” fryer as well.
