A one-of-a-kind, self-serve, lighted Holding Cabinet, ideal for holding rotisserie chicken, or various other prepared foods, at proper serving temperature prior to sale.

The remarkable RT5-Holding Cabinet is designed to accommodate stacking of a Giles RT-5 Rotisserie (sold separately) on its top.  The combination of these two units provides a beautiful display of mouth-watering foods as they are being cooked and then presents them to customers ready for purchase.

Only 34-3/8” wide, the RT-5 Holding Cabinet is designed to fit in limited space.  The unit features three (3) self-serve shelves with a pass-through design.  Product is loaded from the rear and front glass doors at each shelf allow customers to help themselves, freeing the deli staff for their other duties.  The warmer displays the product in full view to your customers and allows flexibility in serving options.
