Shipping Policy

Equipment Lead Times

Our leadtimes are based on order quantity and availability of requested items. For general planning purposes, our lead times run:

Equipment - Generally 20 to 30 production days

Kits - Generally 10 to 15 production days

Parts - Generally within 72 hours

Return Policy

Return Authorization Policy

All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RMA). To get an RMA number, go to RMA Form , complete the form, save a copy and E-mail to services@gfse.com.  Your request will be processed and you will be notified of disposition instructions.  If you have questions contact Tech Support at the same E-mail address

Ordering Policy

As a part of our continuing growth and improvement, Giles Enterprises, Inc. is an ISO 9000 certified company.  ISO 9000 is an international standard that is used as a model for Quality Assurance systems.  Effective Quality Assurance systems require that customer requirements have to be integrated into the day-to-day operation of the facility. ISO 9000 references the customer and their requirements in several of its standards.  In particular, element 4.3.2.a requires that we, as a supplier, ensure that “requirements are adequately defined and documented.”  This standard is related to orders that we receive for our goods and services.

This is where we need your help.  Our ordering system requires specific information to complete your order.  That information is as follows:

  1. Correct Purchase Price
  2. Part Number
  3. Description
  4. Ship Date
  5. Quantity
  6. Ship Via/Freight Terms
  7. Correct P.O. Total
  8. Ship to Address
  9. Bill to Address

10.  Purchase Order Number

Your order will be delayed for the following reasons:

  1. Pending Regulatory Approval Letter
  2. Credit Application current
  3. Credit Hold Status

As a supplier we must have this information prior to processing your order.  If the requirements are not met it could result in your order being delayed while we determine requirements. Our objective is to meet your requirements and deliver the correct product to you on time.

Order Change Policy

Order acknowledgements are provided to confirm the accuracy of your order. Please carefully review the quantities, part numbers, descriptions and pricing as well as the delivery method. Any corrections must be emailed to services@gfse.comimmediately. After 48 hours, orders are considered accepted by customer if no notification of correction has been made. Cancellations within five (5) business days of order date will be accepted with no restocking fee. Cancellations or changes after five (5) business days may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% of order value.

 No changes are allowed for the following orders:

  1. Next Day Air
  2. Saturday Delivery
  3. 2ndDay Delivery
  4. 3rdDay Delivery
